We ordered bbq chicken and ribs (they cook on a grill outside if it's not raining. Combined with roasted peppers, beans and rice it could have easily fed a large family very reasonably. I called it in and it was done by the time I got there. Don't call too late though. They start winding down the pit in the afternoon.
food was great. didn't have any expectations going into it but doordash dropped my food off really fast and service was good. will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. i got the tacos this time around for a quick lunch
Delicious and very authentic Mexican food in an unassuming neighborhood location! We go here regularly and are always very pleased with the tacos and burritos, ice cold popsicles, beer...and a great eating area where we can chill with our dog. It's very clean and improved, with excellent parking too. Highly recommend the restaurant but don't want the secret to get out too much and ruin the atmosphere (for purely selfish reasons). Their prices are amazing for the value. We go for a late lunch during the week usually and it's never crowded, so we get a peaceful experience every time.
Ordered menudo to go. Some of the best I've had in vallejo. The birria seemed to be goat , not beef that others sell. The michalda was great. Will return
Today I tried there food I order the super steak burrito with everything ex cheese salsa on side I like that they give you salsa green and red with chips on side the red salsa is hot but good the green spice not as hot as red mild well my thoughts the burrito was a good size I was like dame when I seen it cause it was big full of rice bean and meat which meat was good tender but flavor was bland on meat I Wish it had more flavor then this would have got a 5 for me being it's good not the best I had but it is ok better than a couple of place I won't mention . My advice get ex green sauce add to burrito it good. The sandwich torta was good loved everything on it was big sandwich had mayo lettuce tomato and jalapeno alot steak which was good just lacking that flavor I just wish they step up flavor then it would be really good but if you our diabetic and need less season on food this the place for you don't get me wrong food great just need more flavor it's very light flavor still has a good taste I couldn't tell you about the customer service because I order using door dash if you won't use my code DoorDash is a great way to support local restaurants with safe, no-contact delivery. This place deserves way more credit than folks are giving it. Nice people and I can't speak for all of their food, but man, their micheladas on the weekend are off the hook. The ceviche one is hands down one of the most awesome dishes I've had in awhile. Give the folks some credit!
